Metro Taxis as a taxi operator has a duty to keep a record any complaints

If you’re unhappy with the fare, quality of vehicle, driving or behaviour of the driver or any other issue, you can make your complaint here.

Explain in detail what went wrong and stick to the facts. Try to include as much information as possible.

Dangerous driving, assault and theft should be reported to the Police first and then to us.

 

  • the taxi’s licence plate number
  • the driver’s licence number (normally shown on their badge)
  • time, date and location of the incident
  • Explain in detail what went wrong, stay calm and stick to the facts.

When you have completed the form a copy of this complaint will also go to Stockport Taxi Licensing.
